Your Cycle Craze Team:
Already an active member at Cycle Craze and holding several certifications in the fitness industry including Health Coach - Institute for Integrative Nutrition, Physical Fitness Specialist - RIT, Mad Dogg Spinning® Instructor and TRX® Group Suspension Trainer, Debbie began adding classes that focused on functional training to the schedule.
Debbie’s athletic approach and her knowledge of fitness makes for a high energy class, combining weights, TRX®, HIIT, and bodyweight to challenge the beginning exerciser to the highly conditioned athlete. Debbie has since become an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, bringing even more knowledge to share with those that work out with her. You will find that Debbie can motivate you to push yourself farther than you ever thought possible, finding your inner strength both on and off the bike!
Words Debbie thinks we should all live by: You can do anything if you surround yourself with positive people and Believe in yourself!
Cherie started spinning with Cycle Craze in 2009 to keep conditioned during the winter months for outdoor riding. Cherie fell in love with Spinning and continued taking classes, obtaining her Mad Dogg Spinning® Certification in 2015, and began teaching for Cycle Craze in 2016.
Cherie’s favorite type of ride is strength, and loves climbing hills. The steeper the hill, the more accomplished she feels and then there is always the downside to finish.
She likes to Spin to all types of music, and you will find a huge range of decades and genres going on in her classes, allowing each rider to find music they can relate to throughout the ride.
As a nurse, Cherie understands the importance of health, nutrition, and exercise for the body. Exercise is a huge stress reliever and she encourages others to use exercise to benefit their overall health.
When she is not working, being outside and spending time with her family is her favorite thing to do. She enjoys cycling, paddle boarding, kayaking, and most recently hiking the mountains with her daughter.
Jackie knows how important it is to do the work from the inside out and will remind you that your strength and possibilities are limitless each time that you ride with her. Off the Spinner®, Jackie will remind you to: "eat well (mostly) travel as often as you can and most importantly love BIG!" Jackie’s Mad Dogg Spinning® certification is completed to the highest level possible and her next goal is to become a Master Instructor for Mad Dogg Athletics®.
